Position: FAR/DFARS Property Specialist
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Direct Client Need
Hourly Pay: $24/hr
This position will be onsite, and reports to the Site Customer Property Manager.
Job Summary:
- The Customer Property Team supporting to our client’s, Mission Systems Business Unit, based in Richardson, TX has an opening for a self-motivated Property Adim, who is a team player able to support company compliance to customer & government property requirements.
- This person will be providing support to multiple programs, as well as support to the site and property organization’s procedures and processes.
- This person will work closely with the central property organization, Government customer, Prime customers, Government auditing agencies and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and Our client’s policies and procedures for managing customer property.
- Perform cycle count inventory
- Assist with warehouse property management
- Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers.
- Perform property closeout activities.
- Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed.
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices
- Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.
