In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable data processing solutions using Core Java, Sprint Integration Framework, and Apache Spark. You will play a crucial part in integrating these solutions into our existing data infrastructure, addressing complex data challenges, and providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of distributed computing, data manipulation techniques, and a commitment to best practices in software development and data governance.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers. Lead by example in software development best practices, including code quality, design patterns, and security standards.Architecture and Design: Architect and design robust, scalable, and resilient full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Angular, and related technologies.Software Development: Lead the hands-on development of complex features and components across the full technology stack, from backend services to the frontend user interface.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Innovation and Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
