Health Plan Concierge

We are only reviewing applicants currently residing in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County area who can commute daily. If you are located outside of South Florida, please do not apply.

USHEALTH Advisors is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Health Plan Concierges. In this entry-level role, you will help clients understand and select health insurance plans that meet their needs, while building foundational skills in sales, communication, and client relationship management.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are new to the industry. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and clear paths to advancement for those who are committed to growing with us.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their health coverage needs
• Present and explain health plan options to individuals and families
• Guide clients through the enrollment and decision-making process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet individual performance goals in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
