About the Company

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Planning & Tax Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves providing expert guidance on estate planning strategies and tax law to help clients efficiently manage their assets and plan for the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate law, tax regulations, and the ability to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex legal matters within a collaborative environment committed to client service excellence.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney specializing in estate planning and tax law who is eager to make a meaningful impact by helping clients secure their financial futures through expert legal counsel.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and implement estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Provide legal advice on estate and gift tax implications, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
Assist clients in developing customized estate plans that align with their financial goals and family circumstances.
Conduct legal research related to estate and tax law to stay current with evolving regulations.
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive estate strategies.
Represent clients in related legal proceedings or negotiations as needed.
Educate clients on estate planning options, tax benefits, and potential legal risks.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Required Skills

Proven experience in estate planning and tax law.
Strong knowledge of federal and state estate, gift, and income tax laws.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
Effective communication skills for explaining legal concepts clearly to clients.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
