Team Manager Summary The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations in the absence of senior Management. By working with staff to ensure customers leave feeling satisfied, the Team Manager plays a key role in successfully running JJ’s Grubb Shack. Responsibilities Engage in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Be responsible for getting guests and staff excited about their experience at JJ’s Grubb Shack. Be a strong team leader, have the ability to rise above stress and be a great problem solver. Supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service. Resolve customer complaints. Assist with taking inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages. Show leadership abilities. Be customer and employee focused, friendly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills. Have reliable transportation.
