- Be punctual, reliable, and well-prepared for all training sessions and activities
- Collaborate effectively with other trainers, assistants, and program staff.
- Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. 1. Develop and deliver training sessions to college students effectively;
- Coordinate activities that promote active engagement among participants;
- Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction as needed;
- Report any issues to the program coordinator in a timely manner.
