Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical expertise for architecting solutions responsive to State Agency priorities and goals.
• Develop future-state roadmaps, drive consensus, proof of concepts, demonstrate viable paths to modernizing applications to Azure.
• Suggest ideas to improve system performance and cost reduction.
• Communicate system architecture to stakeholders and collaborate and coordinate with other developers to adopt new technologies, procedures, and IT standards.
• Influence others to adopt new technical approaches and solutions.
• Effective communication of technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Reading and comprehending software requirements, and assisting with estimating efforts.

Technical Experience:

Bachelor’s and following related experience• Strong analytic, problem-solving skills. Creative thinking skills.• Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.• Strong Technical skills architecting Azure Cloud solutions.• 7+ years of experience architecting Azure cloud Solutions and application migration to Azure.• Experience in developing application architecture and roadmap in Azure• 10+ years of experience with all phases of systems development lifecycle.• Experience with building healthcare applications in an Agile framework is a plus.• 10+ years of experience with IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Digital Platforms.• 5+ years of experience in building DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.
