Phlebotomist

PAML, a Labcorp company, seeks a phlebotomist for its Olympia, Washington location. The role involves collecting blood specimens, processing patient data, and providing customer service in a patient service center or client office setting, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Provide exceptional customer service and perform administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid Washington State-issued phlebotomy license
• Able to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in team settings
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience preferred
• Prior Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred

Compensation: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour
