As a Security Officer Screening Associate in Perrysburg OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors drivers and team members by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals packages bags and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and screening protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report unusual activity policy violations and/or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or authorization as required and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter noting conditions activity and/or concerns that may require documentation or follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
