Job Summary
\nHCLTech is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Sovereign Cloud, Private Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure services in the US . This role owns large, complex pursuits end-to-end, combining strong business development capabilities with solution architect and techno-commercial expertise. The role requires deep engagement with enterprise customers, CXO stakeholders, and strategic technology partners in regulated and compliance-driven environments.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Own pipeline creation, deal qualification, and revenue closure for large, multi-year cloud and infrastructure deals. \n
- Identify and pursue new-logo and strategic growth opportunities across sovereign cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and data center modernization. \n
- Lead early-stage discovery and solution shaping discussions with customers. \n
- Translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into end-to-end solution architectures. \n
- Shape solutions covering cloud platforms, data center infrastructure, security, compliance, and data residency. \n
- Ensure solutions are technically feasible, compliant, scalable, and commercially viable. \n
- Drive pricing strategy, commercials, negotiations, and contracting. \n
- Build and manage executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners. \n
- Execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions with partners. \n
- Engage CXOs as a trusted advisor and lead executive-level presentations and proposals. \n
Skill Requirements
\n- \n
- Proven experience owning and closing large enterprise infrastructure or cloud deals. \n
- Strong solution architecture and pre-sales leadership capability. \n
- Deep techno-commercial understanding including TCO, ROI, pricing, and margin management. \n
- Experience managing OEM, hyperscaler, and alliance-led opportunities. \n
- Ability to influence CXO stakeholders and senior internal leadership. \n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. \n
Education
\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

\nA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
