Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: HRRMC Custer County Health Center Schedule: Full Time 3-4 days per week Position Summary Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Practice Clinic team in Westcliffe, Colorado. This opportunity is a full-time, clinic-based role serving rural communities with a strong need for accessible, high-quality primary care. This position offers an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine in a setting where you can build relationships, work collaboratively and truly impact the health of the community. You are supported by a regional independent medical center located in Salida, Colorado.
