Behavior Analyst Board Certified (BCBA)

Position Details Title: Behavior Analyst Board Certified (BCBA) Class: BCBA Type: TEMPORARY Location: Toms River, NJ 08755 Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year Small caseload, full‑time Monday–Friday, no weekend or late night work. Laptop provided. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, PTO, disability, life and other voluntary benefits. Salary & Incentive Annual incentive bonus: up to $6,000 paid monthly. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Review session data, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans. Observe and conduct team meetings with staff and families; provide supervision. Consult with families on treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns. Receive administrative support and scheduling assistance from the Clinical Manager. Qualifications Certified BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations. Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs, and spend significant time on the floor with children.
