General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant

Woodford Oil Company is currently looking for a General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily work in ways that optimizes efficiency
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform counter sales and help with walk-in customer service when necessary
• Collect all information needed to enter and calculate invoices
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoice
• Receive and assist with inbound call traffic, emails, or other forms of communication with customers and co-workers

Requirements:

• Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff
• Knowledge of MAC computer systems
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• High School diploma. Further education will be a plus
• Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word and Outlook
