Licensed Practical Nurse

Under the direction of the RN, this role provides licensed practical nursing care and is responsible for direct and indirect patient care for 50 to 60 geriatric and/or disabled members. Shall measure, administer, and record medications as ordered by the physicians. Shall perform duties including, but not limited to, the following: LPN level nursing procedures and treatments, such as, but not limited to, tube feedings, catheterizations, irrigations, changing sterile dressings, suctioning, tracheostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and specialized skin care treatments to geriatric/disabled members. Certification & Requirements: Updated CV LPN Certification BLS Covid 2 Step TB. This would be getting the TB test and a read 48-72 hours later, then another TB test within three weeks of the first one, with a read 48-72 hours later. This is an intradermal test.
