REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and uptimeManage physical hardware, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for development network environmentsPerform hands-on hardware troubleshooting, including component replacement, equipment installation, cable management, and system validationConfigure and verify server connectivity to ensure systems are reachable and properly integrated into the network environmentDevelop and implement automation scripts using Ansible to streamline processes and improve efficiencyConfigure, manage, and support virtualization platforms such as VMWare, Xen, or NutanixDiagnose and resolve network-related issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and performanceWork with the ISSO/ISSE team to configure devices to meet STE/STN compliance requirementsAdminister patches to maintain STE/STN compliance requirementsAssist with Windows patching when necessary to maintain a secure and compliant infrastructureRequirements:Strong Linux System Administration experienceHands-on hardware experience to include rack configuration, cabling, hardware troubleshooting,and maintenanceHands-on experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMWare, Xen, Nutanix)Network troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of STE/STN and vulnerability patchingDesired Skills:Proficiency in Ansible scripting and automationWindows Server MaintenanceFamiliarity with Jira & ConfluenceQualifications: • Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is requiredor 9 years without the degree. • Experience with Linux System administration is required. ​​​​​​ Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
