We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing local company.

This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys creating clean, organized spaces that make a difference in people’s daily lives.

Schedule

Part-time
Weekdays and some weekends
Typical hours: 8am–5pm (varies by day)

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial cleanings using clear checklists
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas with attention to detail
• Work independently or as part of a team after training
• Respect clients’ homes, privacy, and personal spaces
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results every visit

• Reliable transportation and ability to plan ahead for travel between jobs
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• High attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
• Accountability — you take responsibility for your work and follow through
• Coachable and open to feedback
