Expert in operational HR Management (along the employee lifecycle) Ensures and provides life-cycle management and administration for all site employees (except Site Manager) Contributor, consultant, internal service provider and strategic partner to the site Proactively shapes P&C Management based on business needs Execution of smooth and qualitative processes along the employee lifecycle Supporter of internal communication & employer branding activities Advisor in labor law & country-specific regulations Task-oriented delivery of results, maintenance of master data, reliable reporting & performance of audits What makes you special Expertise & Methodical Competence: High operational expertise in HR management Solid knowledge in payroll, labor law & regulations and skills management Basic understanding of change management Business Acumen: Understands (dynamic) business needs , conveys complex information in an understandable manner High execution ability, solution-oriented, pragmatic and critical thinker with problem solving skills Personal & Social Competences: Value based in decision making and behavior based on our C&L principles Energizing and inspiring, relatable, trustworthy, empathic, curious and committed to continuous personal and professional growth Deeply rooted in local business & culture with high willingness for (cross-site) collaboration Communication skills in local language(s) and English Expertise: Operational HR-Management Technology savvy and experienced with SAP Basic understanding ofpeople and organizational development Familiarity with digital tools and platforms that enhance P&C processes Experienced communicator & mediator in difficult conversations At Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
