Job Description Are you an insurance rockstar with a passion for helping patients achieve their perfect smiles? Our energetic and patient-focused orthodontic practice is looking for a detailoriented Insurance Coordinator to join our work family. If you are organized, numberssavvy, and love a supportive team environment, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and eligibility prior to patient appointments. Submit, track, and follow up on all orthodontic insurance claims. Post insurance payments and manage accounts receivable balances. Explain insurance benefits and financial arrangements clearly to patients and parents. Troubleshoot and resolve any claim denials or discrepancies. Qualifications Previous experience with dental or orthodontic insurance billing is required. Knowledge of Dolphin Management system is a plus! Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Enjoy a consistent schedule with your Thursdays and weekends completely off!
