Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Location: Minnesota

Schedule: On site Wednesday, 8 hours. Remote coverage 7 hours per week, timing flexible.

Position Overview

Provide psychiatric care in a residential treatment setting for pediatric and adolescent patients.

Responsibilities include evaluations, admissions support, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis and safety assessment as needed.

Patient ages referenced: 8 to 14.

Charting system: Welligent.

Required Qualifications

MD or DO.

Board certified in Psychiatry with Child and Adolescent focus.

Active Minnesota medical license.

DEA as required for prescribing.

Credentialing and onboarding items as required by the site, including background checks and fingerprints.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
