Radiologic Technologist/FT (Florence, SC)

Job Summary MUSC/Florence, SC is seeking a full‑time Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join the Diagnostic Radiology department. Responsibilities Perform all radiology procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies. Operate sophisticated imaging equipment and provide comprehensive patient care for all demographics. Perform duties of an ARRT Technologist and any other tasks as needed. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology. New graduates welcome; one year of radiology experience preferred. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. Licensed as a radiologic technologist by the South Carolina Registries, Quarantine, and Sanitation Authority (SCRQSA). CPR certification required. Skills & Competencies Ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Autonomous work style with minimal supervision; ability to plan, design, implement, and evaluate work. Capability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple demands and deadlines. Experience with on‑call duties, overtime, and coordinating multiple activities.
