We are looking for a motivated and responsible team member who enjoys communicating with people and is eager to grow with our company. This position primarily focuses on developing new customers while also supporting daily customer service. Responsibilities Develop new customers Support daily customer service and operational tasks as needed Assist with morning shipping and order preparation processes Maintain professional communication with customers and team members Potential opportunity to assist with customer bubble tea training in the future Qualifications Good communication skills Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn Basic computer and office skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for customer visits Able and willing to lift heavy products when necessary Interest in learning beverage products and bubble tea preparation Spanish speaking is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $2,560/month Earn additional bonuses for developing new customers each month. Potential mid-year and year-end bonuses based on company performance.
