What You Will Do

• Manage a variety of single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment matters from early case strategy through resolution
• Defend claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions
• Advise employer clients on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

Who You Are

• 3-10+ years of management-side employment litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment
• Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket
