Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and creating personalized care plans
• Identifying and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (depending on credentialing)
• Informing patients and families about prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management

Education and Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Oregon
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
