Café SupervisorsBuddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format café locations across Tampa Bay. This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafés, you'll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.What you'll do:Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiencyCoach and develop baristas in real timeDrive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standardsSupport staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering)Help keep your café running smoothly day-to-dayWhat we're looking for:Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food serviceStrong hospitality mindset and attention to detailAbility to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectivelyReliable, organized, and calm under pressureTraining includes:Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy locationHands-on training in high-performing cafésFinal readiness evaluation before leading a storeCompensation:$18–$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours)Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
