The nurse will assess patients, plan and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing compassionate care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Nurses must demonstrate proficiency in emergency care skills and be able to respond promptly to critical situations. A commitment to continuous education and adherence to hospital policies is required. Candidates are expected to complete all necessary training and must maintain current certifications.
