Therapist - Occupational Therapist

$2261.00/week –

Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans to improve their functional abilities. Deliver quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring patient safety and progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities to identify therapy needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to promote patient recovery and independence.

• Document patient progress, treatment activities, and outcomes accurately.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Possess valid state OT or COTA license.

• Hold minimum 13-week contractual experience in occupational therapy.

• Be able to work with diverse patient populations across all days of the week.

• Bring a valid form of government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.

• Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.

• Be adaptable to a busy healthcare setting and flexible with schedule.
