Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a surgical services setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist surgical teams across multiple specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastics, general surgery, vascular, and urology
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing the Da Vinci Robotic System
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment throughout procedures
• Adhere to facility dress code and departmental policies, including wearing designated blue scrubs
• May be asked to work weekends and holidays as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active NBSTSA Certification (required; no exceptions — must be included in submission package)
• Active Virginia State Surgical Technologist License or documented license status (must be included in submission package)
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of CST/OR experience
• Demonstrated experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Plastics, General Surgery, Vascular, Da Vinci Robotics, and Urology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad multi-specialty surgical experience across a high-volume surgical services department
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms, particularly Da Vinci
