You’ll be responsible for upgrading existing environments and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure seamless manufacturing processes worldwide. Working closely with development teams, you’ll represent the company as a technical authority, fostering collaborative problem-solving in a globally distributed organization.Required Skills:Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar production support or engineering role Deep understanding of production line testers’ design and maintenance Extensive knowledge of electronic design, including analog, digital, and radio frequency (RF) systems Familiarity with electronics components, PCB and PCBA design, batteries, RF, IR, testing methods, and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Experience working within matrixed, global organizations, and comfort collaborating across cultures Hands-on hardware expertise, including embedded interfaces, networks, instrumentation, debugging, and system integration A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, “hands-on” approach Organized, self-motivated, and a proven team player Nice to Have Skills:Knowledge of SQA and LabVIEW tools Experience with RF communication and connected smart products Track record working on complex multidisciplinary projects requiring advanced technical know-how Familiarity with manufacturing databases, production data pipelines, and engineering data analysis tools Experience working with subcontractors, external vendors, CMO production teams, and managing procurement for testers or prototypes Preferred Education & Experience:B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in production support, hardware systems, or similar roles If you’re ready to leverage your technical prowess in a challenging and rewarding environment, we want to hear from you.
