Key Responsibilities Support the Pharmacy Manager in guiding and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, fostering their growth and maximizing team strengths. Oversee and manage all facets of pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, adherence to regulatory requirements, and high-quality assurance standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory efficiently, and contribute to the financial profitability and loss prevention efforts of the pharmacy. Optimize workflow management to ensure smooth and effective pharmacy operations. Drive patient health through the proactive adoption and management of patient care programs. Demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues, leading with a heart-centered approach. Identify and capitalize on critical business opportunities, contributing to innovative solutions that drive growth and enhance performance. Required Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. Must be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position. Current and valid Pharmacist's License for the State of Rhode Island. Ability to work scheduled shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Ability to attain Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Valid Driver's License. No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Required. Acquired knowledge and ability to drive healthy outcomes and contribute to a differentiated patient experience. This is an in-person, patient-facing role. Working Conditions Scheduled shifts will be between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You will be scheduled 8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week. You will not be asked to open or close the pharmacy.
