Production Support Technician

This role's general statement of duties and responsibilities includes:

• Preparing our cut parts for distribution to our outsourcing facilities
• Loading and unloading materials for outsourcing partners
• Accurately documenting production information as necessary
• Assisting in inventory management and notifying the appropriate personnel of any shortages or damages of mechanically cut parts
• Travel, using company vehicles as necessary; to deliver and or pick up products going to and from customers and outsourcing partners and our facility.
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production and outsourcing scheduling
• Assist in setting up and operating machinery, according to safety protocols.
• Keeping the working area organized, safe, and clean.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• HS Diploma or equivalent GED
• Forklift Operator experience/certification
• Overhead crane experience/certification
• Aerial lift experience/certification.
• The ability to obtain a DOT medical Card

Desired

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Basic understanding of fabrication machinery and processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
