THE ROLE

As a Collection Merchandising Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Merchandising team in the creation, organization, and execution of seasonal collections. You will work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure the collection aligns with brand aesthetics, market trends, and commercial objectives. This position requires a passion for luxury fashion, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collection Development Support:
2. Assist in the preparation of product assortments and collection plans
3. Support the preparation of trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform collection decisions

1. Market Research & Analysis:
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities
3. Weekly and ad-hoc sell-out analysis as needed & sell-in analysis at the end of market
4. Conduct regular competitor analysis, focusing on product offering, pricing, and market positioning

1. Showroom Coordination:
2. Coordination with commercial teams of product shots for the showroom purchasing platform: product listings, shooting guidelines, & coordination of photo retouching
3. Assist in the creation of line opening assets, including training decks and marketing imagery
4. Preparation of the showroom purchasing platform in conjunction with the Sales department: pricing, writing of product descriptions, and overall verification of information shared on the platform

1. Communication & Collaboration:
2. Liaise between Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from concept to product launch
3. Assist in the preparation and organization of internal and external meetings, including collection presentations
4. Coordinate with global retail teams to gather feedback on product performance and market needs

1. Administrative Support:
2. Manage and follow the collection calendar to coordinate milestone meetings and key touch points
3. Organize and update merchandising archives and databases.
4. Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and cross-functional projects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or a similar role, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Competitive compensation. xhyhwjd Salary Range is $70,000 - $80,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
