Job Overview Complete Care at Hagerstown – RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse). This position offers various shift options: day shift part‑time Saturday/Sunday, night shift full‑time Monday‑Friday (no weekends), and night shift part‑time Saturday/Sunday. Annual pay is $95,000, negotiable based on experience. The role includes opportunities for advancement and requires prior long‑term care experience. Responsibilities Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs and respond to emergencies or changes in status. Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff. Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain record compliance for accuracy. Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed. Qualifications Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
