About the Organization Emergency Dental Care USA is a group of dental offices focused on providing same‑day appointments to emergency and non‑emergency patients. The company operates seven days a week, offering care on weekends, evenings, and many holidays, and typically treats walk‑in patients. Job Description Due to continued growth, the company is hiring a Part‑time Dental Assistant available exclusively on Tuesdays. This role supports a fast‑paced clinic environment and offers an opportunity to gain experience in a patient‑centered setting. Responsibilities Greeting guests with a smile. Prepping and educating guests prior to the dentist’s exam. Assisting dentists with all procedures. Sterilizing instruments. Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms. Recording medical history for each guest. Performing X‑rays. Charting existing and recommended treatments. Performing other duties as required to support the office. Working collaboratively with the team to provide the best quality guest care. Qualifications Must be available to work on Tuesdays (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.). High school diploma or equivalent. Washington State Dental Assisting Certification. Washington State Radiology Certification. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a clinical setting. Active Registered Dental Assistant license. Knowledge of oral surgery, temporary crowns, and endodontic procedures. Knowledge of Dentrix and digital radiographs. Ability to answer phones, schedule appointments, and present treatment plans. Current CPR or BLS certification. Appearance, reliability, adaptability, and a positive disposition are essential.
