Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and screening tools as directed by our clinical team to ensure effective client evaluation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized positive behavior support plans that align with each client's goals.
- Participate actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, acting as a liaison to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory requirements and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Engage in continuous professional development through various activities, including attending conferences, participating in committees, and representing our agency within the community.
- Promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions through all interactions and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with the Clinic Director on additional assignments that align with organizational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work primarily with individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and developmental disabilities. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your role will involve understanding their unique needs and providing tailored therapeutic support to facilitate their healing and growth.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active and independent LMHC license in California.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and family members.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a remote healthcare setting or providing telehealth services.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technology to document, track, and analyze client progress.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies specific to mental health contexts.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with monthly productivity bonuses. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
