Outside Sales Representative - Hospitality & Commercial

Quintus is looking for a driven, detail-oriented sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative, calling on Hospitality Design Firms, Purchasing Agents, and Architects. You’ll partner with our sales and marketing teams to grow our client base across Los Angeles and Las Vegas. This role is built for someone who thrives on follow-through — who tracks every lead, closes the loop on every client email, and never lets an opportunity go cold. If you’re organized, responsive, and relentless about the details, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Partner directly with interior designers and architects to fulfill project needs — develop fabric/material schemes, generate quotes, and close sales. Maintain disciplined, accurate records of every lead and client interaction in our CRM (Odoo), and follow up promptly and consistently. Build relationships with our artisan brand partners; collaborate with marketing on outreach strategy and new collection launches. Be on the road 3–4 days per week across the greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas design community, making formal presentations, deepening existing relationships, and developing new business. Travel to Las Vegas expected 1–2 times per month. Work closely with the company owner to grow sales across textiles, wall covering, furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories. This is a hybrid role based from our West Hollywood showroom and home office. What We’re Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of reliable, proactive follow-through — you respond quickly to clients and never let a lead sit. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality design (interior design, architecture, purchasing, or related operations/sales roles) — you speak “hospitality design” fluently, or you’re a strong B2B sales performer ready to learn it fast. Comfortable with sales and business software (Salesforce or similar CRM, QuickBooks, MS365, Dropbox). Self-motivated with a strong, positive drive to succeed in a fast-growing, fast-paced company.
