# Construction Manager / Owner's Representative - Data Centers**Location:** Opportunities across the United States **Engagement:** Contract / consulting assignments**Help deliver the next generation of U.S. data center campuses.**Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is expanding its network of experienced Construction Managers and Owner's Representatives to support major data center owners and developers across the United States.Through our **Teams on Demand** service, we embed experienced project professionals and coordinated delivery teams directly into client programs. We provide the capability needed to strengthen owner-side leadership, oversee construction and take projects through to successful handover.We're interested in speaking with consultants who combine strong field experience with the ability to represent the owner's interests, challenge delivery partners constructively and keep complex projects moving.**Current opportunities**Owner-side assignments with major data center end users and developers, with key locations including **Texas, Georgia, Nevada, Utah and Washington.**Opportunities span major campus developments, new builds and expansions, embedding you directly into the client's team to strengthen construction and commissioning delivery.Rates are flexible depending on experience and assignment scope. We welcome consultants nationwide who are open to travel or relocation.**Your scope could include:*** Representing the owner across data center construction, expansion and campus development projects.* Overseeing general contractors, trade partners and multiple construction packages.* Managing schedule, quality, commercial risks and delivery priorities.* Coordinating civil, structural and MEP interfaces with design and commissioning teams.* Driving issue resolution, change management, reporting and stakeholder accountability.* Supporting commissioning readiness, turnover and operational handover.**What we're looking for:*** **Essential: proven data center construction delivery experience.*** Strong experience working directly for, or representing, a data center owner, developer or hyperscale end user.* A background as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Owner's Representative or similar delivery leader.* Confidence managing contractors and communicating with senior client stakeholders.* A hands-on approach, sound technical judgment and clear ownership of outcomes.* Professional references who can speak to your project delivery and leadership.**Why work with CMC?**Our consultants become part of the client's delivery team, supported by CMC throughout the assignment.
