In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including packaging and pricing baked goods, maintaining inventory, and working closely with the bakery manager to meet weekly goals. Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes and cupcakes for floor and custom orders
- Bake homemade goods such as breads, rolls, and pastries
- Stock shelves with thaw and sell items, ensuring optimal product presentation
- Keep the department clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Work closely with the bakery manager to meet weekly sales and productivity goals
Qualifications
- Experience in a bakery or retail setting is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
