You will lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role Achievable Targets: Avg 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Uncapped Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours. Growth and Advancement: Advance through BCBA levels I–IV with reduced productivity targets at higher levels. Schedule Autonomy: Full control over supervision scheduling. Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
