From preparing donuts and beverages to assisting guests at the register, every team member plays an important role in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and creating a positive experience
• Prepare made-to-order donuts, coffee, espresso beverages, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for customer transactions
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including dining area, kitchen, counters, and restrooms
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Restock supplies, toppings, ingredients, and packaging as needed
• Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with merchandising displays and maintaining an inviting storefront appearance

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with cash handling or POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Weekend and early morning availability preferred
