Accounting Associate Under the direct supervision of the Bursar, the Accounting Associate provides customer service for students, parents, faculty, and staff, both in person and via telephone. Responsibilities include: Analyze student accounts, process tuition and private loan payments, and manage all university departmental deposits. Balance accounts, attach supporting documentation, and disburse accounts‑payable checks and purchase orders. Assist students and the campus community with the university copy account system. Assistant or Associate Professor in Accounting – Fall 2027 The College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans invites applications for a full‑time, tenure‑track faculty position. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounting, including expertise in tax, accounting analytics, financial accounting, managerial accounting, or auditing. Center for Social Justice – CSJ Administrator The CSJ Administrator provides clerical support to attorneys and teams representing clients in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana, with assistance from students at Loyola. Duties include: Maintaining strong organizational skills and proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions. Providing periodic litigation support such as printing, collating documents, proofreading, and record‑keeping. Vice President of Enrollment Management Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, this position is responsible for oversight of recruitment territory management, application reading and decisions through admissions CRM/SLATE, admissions marketing, on‑campus admissions activity, and admissions staff development and training. Key responsibilities include: Representing the university and its programs to prospective students, families, high school leaders, guidance counselors, and teachers through office visits, phone calls, and special events. Leading recruitment efforts within strategic geographic territories to successfully enroll Loyola students. Assistant/Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration Responsible for all aspects of NCAA eligibility, compliance, and assessment; administration of assigned internal operations and reporting; supervision of direct reports; and performing other administrative duties as assigned. This is a full‑time 12‑month position and may be filled at either the Assistant or Associate Director level depending on experience. University Counseling Center – Director Coordinates the clinical training program for graduate interns. Responsibilities include providing psychological services to the university community in individual, couples, and group formats; assisting with data interpretation and executive summary writing related to student affairs assessments; and supervising all operations in accordance with university counseling center policies and procedures. Lab Coordinator – Natural Science Introductory Labs The Lab Coordinator leads the coordination and oversight of two introductory labs for natural science majors (Cells & Heredity and Biology of Organisms). Duties include: Maintaining and updating laboratory teaching manuals. Coordinating, preparing, and maintaining core biology laboratories. Training student assistants and developing a peer mentoring program. Teaching one section of each lab during the Fall and Spring semesters. Center for Entrepreneurship & Community Development The Center is housed within the Joseph A. Butt College of Business and serves as a key driver of the college’s mission to develop ethical, innovative, and impactful business leaders. It offers integrated curricular and co‑curricular programming grounded in experiential and engaged learning, supporting the strategic priorities of both the College of Business and the university by equipping students, alumni, and the broader community to launch and grow ventures. Legal Fellowship – Disability Justice (Law Clinic) The one‑year legal fellowship focuses on providing direct civil legal representation to indigent clients advocating for educational rights and equity for students with disabilities.
