STERILE PROCESSING TECH (SPT) – TRAVEL | AUTO OFFER

Location: Lexington, KY

Requirements:
• 2+ years Sterile Processing experience – HARD STOP
• CRCST or HSPA certification – REQUIRED
• Level I/II Trauma experience required
• Ortho/Totals & Neuro/Crani experience required
• Fiber optics & endoscope reprocessing experience
• Robotics experience with Da Vinci S, SP & Xi – REQUIRED
• Must have broad service-line instrument experience
• KY or Compact license required at submission
• Travel experience required unless candidate has 3+ years experience + Level I Trauma

Role & Responsibilities:
• Decontamination, cleaning, assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Prepare case carts, trays and loaner/consignment instruments
• Perform steam sterilization, IUSS and sterilization testing/monitoring
• Flexible endoscope and scope/probe reprocessing
• High-level disinfection and ultrasonic cleaning
• Process instruments for Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Vascular, General, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Robotics and other surgical services
• Maintain accurate equipment and instrument documentation
