JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES Limitless is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-haul overhead electric transmission project based out of the Colorado Springs area. This is an important leadership role on a long-term project for an established client. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate right-of-way and acquisition activity in the region — managing a team of field agents, serving as a primary point of contact with the client, tracking milestones and reporting, and keeping the project on schedule. The ideal candidate can build strong landowner and stakeholder relationships, keep a fast-paced project organized, and step in on the ground when needed. Must be organized, able to stay on task, and able to think outside the box. Background check and qualified (management or supervisory level) references must be provided. This is six days a week (Monday–Saturday). Agents should expect to be on project location roughly 80-90% of the time. Standard IRS per diem will be provided, along with mileage and miscellaneous expenses, plus a competitive day rate. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of right-of-way or land acquisition experience, including prior project management or crew supervisory experience on linear infrastructure (transmission or pipeline) Proven ability to lead a team of agents and manage project timelines and deliverables Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to right-of-way acquisition Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and keep a project on schedule Able and willing to travel to and work in remote areas as the project requires Knowledge of GIS and mapping software is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software Rural or agricultural background and overhead electric transmission experience are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Limitless Land Services, LLC
