Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary students, is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Competency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students in grades K–12
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district standards
• Offer guidance and training to staff and families as needed
