Job Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Hyper Wellness Representative who is passionate about health, wellness, leadership, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys mentoring others while driving business growth.

As a senior member of our front-of-house team, you will lead by example, consistently delivering exceptional client experiences while helping the studio achieve membership, retail, and service sales goals. You will serve as a trusted resource for both clients and team members, supporting daily operations, coaching newer staff, and helping create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through ongoing membership retention.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and confidently recommend personalized wellness plans.
• Consistently achieve and exceed membership, package, retail, and service sales goals.
• Conduct professional studio tours and convert prospective clients into long-term members.
• Educate clients on Restore therapies, benefits, contraindications, and at-home wellness recommendations.
• Proactively follow up on leads, appointments, referrals, and inactive clients to drive business growth.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Coach, mentor, and support Hyper Wellness Representatives to improve confidence, knowledge, and sales performance.
• Assist management with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
• Help identify operational opportunities and recommend improvements that enhance the client experience and studio performance.

Operations

• Perform opening and closing responsibilities while ensuring operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate client records, medical waivers, and scheduling within the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist management with inventory, merchandising, event planning, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives.
• Support social media engagement and represent Restore professionally within the community.

Brand Leadership

• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Restore Hyper Wellness products and services.
• Embody Restore's mission, vision, and core values in every client and team interaction.
• Promote a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.
• Help create an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in sales , hospitality, retail management, luxury service, fitness, healthcare, or a client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or leading teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and flexible schedules.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Preferred

• Previous experience in health, wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, or membership-based businesses.
• Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with consultative selling, membership sales, or high-end customer service.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
