Lead the Truck. Own the Shift. Run the Show.

The Lime Truck is a fast-paced, high-energy catering company serving major brands, large-scale events, and private clients across Southern California.

When we show up, we execute. No chaos. No excuses.

Now we’re building the next level of leadership.

• Leads a full food truck shift (prep → service → closeout)

• Assigns stations and controls speed

• Protects the guest experience

• Owns cleanliness and presentation

• Makes decisions under pressure

• Holds the team accountable

• Drives the truck safely to and from events

• Submits clean, accurate closeouts

You are the conductor.
If the shift wins — you win.

• You move fast.
