Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour, Days Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience License: Current licensure with the Board of Registered Nursing (California) Certifications: Current CPR, Current ACLS Must-Have: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Description: This position is needed primarily for weekend coverage. Minimum qualifications include one year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is desired. Two years or more of critical care experience is preferred. The candidate must hold a current license with the Board of Registered Nursing in California. Current CPR and ACLS certifications are required. The certified nurse operating room (CNOR) credential is desirable. Med/surg and critical care RN positions may be required to float as needed.
