Responsibilities \n

• 1. Essential Functions

• 1.1 Assesses the patient's physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care. Documents appropriately the information obtained from the ongoing assessment. Shares significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline.

Qualifications \n
\n
\nEDUCATION \n
\n
\nGraduate of an accredited school of nursing required. \n
\n
\nEXPERIENCE \n
\n
\n1-3 years of critical care nursing required. \n
\n
\nLICENSURE \n
\n
\nCurrent state registration. BLS required ACLS required CCRN preferred \n
\n
