The AERO Specialties Warehouse Supervisor manages department tasks and ensures the achievement of daily, short-term, and long-term goals in productivity. This individual is responsible for maintaining an organized and safe warehouse space and finds ways to maximize efficiencies in processes and procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments/customers/ vendors to ensure there are no barriers to meeting deliverables
• Complete reports as requested by the COO and MLM  
• Maintain and improve processes and procedures for efficient operations - 
• LN knowledge related to inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, printing orders, shipping, transferring items to different warehouse/shelf locations  
• Completion of regular cycle counts and root cause analysis of discrepancies - 
• Managing AERO Intranet Tasks daily
• Maintain cleanliness of yard and warehouse  

• Supervise receiving and parts puller team members  
•   Prioritize kit pulling requirements in coordination with the Planning Manager
• Ensure labeling, bin locations, and containers are kept clean and organized
• Ensure received goods are put away daily 
• Maintain and improve, as needed, process and procedures for efficient operation

• 3 years of warehouse management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• ERP understanding and practicing
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge and experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklift operation and pallet jack
• Ability to execute on KPI’s
• Experience with Disciplinary actions
