About the Role

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet Personal Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for an executive and his family. The successful candidate will operate the family's personal vehicle and be expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the executive and family members to and from work, appointments, school, social events, and other destinations
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional last-minute requests
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times
• Plan routes efficiently, accounting for traffic and schedule changes
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's schedule, conversations, and personal matters
• Assist with light errands and package pickups/drop-offs as needed
• Ensure all passengers' safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of professional driving experience
• Valid, clean driver's license (no major violations)
• Defensive driving certification
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must consent to and successfully pass a comprehensive background check
• Excellent time-management and navigation skills
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving for executives, high-net-worth families, or in a private household setting
• Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Experience with family, school or childcare transportation
• CPR and First Aid Certificate
