Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Help assigned Departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
